Processing Time

All orders are lovingly packed and dispatched within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday).
During busy periods such as product launches or sales, please allow a little extra time for your order to be shipped.

UK Shipping

We currently ship across the UK using trusted courier services.

  • Standard Delivery (2–4 working days) – £3.99

  • Free Delivery on orders over £40

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey straight to your door.

International Shipping


International shipping please email us and we will give you an accurate quote.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you love your Mumma’s Mane products as much as we love creating them for you. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when received

  • In its original packaging

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

Please note: due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for products that have been opened or used, unless the item is faulty.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you’re unhappy with your product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Our team will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed by our customer support team.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm its arrival and let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7-9 working days:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your card provider or bank, as processing times can vary.
    If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us and we’ll look into it right away.
