🛍 How do I place an order?

Simply browse our shop, choose your favourites, and head to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email once it’s all done.

🚚 How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days. UK delivery usually takes 2–5 days. You’ll get tracking info as soon as it’s on the way.

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the UK, but international shipping is coming soon! Keep an eye on our Instagram or sign up for our newsletter for updates.

💇‍♀️ How do I use the hair oil?

Warm a few drops in your hands and massage into your scalp and hair. Leave it on for at least 2 hours — or overnight for a deep treatment — then wash as normal. For best results, use 1–2 times per week.

🔄 Can I return or exchange a product?

Due to the nature of our products, we can't accept returns once opened. However, if something isn’t right or your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

🧴 Are your products suitable for all hair types?

Yes! Our formulations are gentle, nourishing, and suitable for all hair textures — whether curly, coily, straight or wavy.

👶🏽 Are your products safe for children or during pregnancy?

We use gentle ingredients, but always recommend doing a patch test first. If you’re pregnant or nursing, consult your doctor before using essential oils.
